Who's Gaby?

A digital nomad is someone who is location-independent and uses technology to perform his or her job, living a nomadic lifestyle. It means I work remotely, telecommuting rather than being physically present at an office. I have my own company and I provide communication strategies and digital marketing tools in English, Spanish and French to entrepreneurs all over the world. And most recently, I help people interested in being digital nomad giving them tools to change their lifestyle.

I'm half French and half Bolivian, I was born in Paris and grew up there. Bolivia was a regular destination for vacations and living in Europe was an easy way to discover other countries at only 2h away from France. So, at 22 years old, I had visited almost 20 countries. 

At 30, I was the owner of a successful communication agency in France and I had the feeling I've done the best I could in my country. I wanted a new challenge in my life, so I went to the US, and I found a job as a marketing director. I worked there 2 years and this gave me the time to analyze the market and its opportunities. Then, I've decided to create my own company in the US offering my marketing services in three languages.

After a little introspection during the pandemic, I've remembered I had a project in mind: traveling to discover the beauty of our Planet! And I've realized I could work from anywhere. So, I've challenged myself, again, and I've backpacked solo in Latin America, creating, at the same time, and with a lot of joy, digital content to share with you my cultural immersions! Since then, the digital nomadism is my new lifestyle!

 

In 2021, I went to Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Costa Rica and Bolivia. Which country will be my next destination...? I love to ask myself this question.
